Hotel Miami Inn

It was good service. They have some water park included but didn’t get to use it.

Good price for room which includes Waterpark admission (great if traveling with kids). Breakfast is also typically included with room. It would be much more convenient if there was elevator access to the upper floors, not made for anyone who is traveling with heavy or a lot of luggage. But it does have a nice on-site pool, and the theme of the entire establishment is pretty cool.

Nice place for a very decent price. The rooms were excellent with no issues at all. The breakfast was good. My only issue would be that the pool is only like 3 1/2 feet deep. And they need more pool lights at night.

Nice place to stay, friendly and smiling employees everywhere, very clean, great over-sized rooms, A/C worked perfectly, excellent food at the restaurant next to the large pool. Well managed property.

Esta es mi review del hotel: Cuando llegué a la recepción el recepcionista fue amable con nosotros (nada del otro mundo pero no las malas caras que dicen), debido a los malos comentarios que vi, llegué con muchas dudas pero me di cuenta que en la recepción, y el papel que tienes que firmar, me resolvió todas mis dudas, he de suponer que hay gente que no lee y pregunta pese a que está todo claro y escrito . No me cobraron ningún depósito, me asignaron una persona para guiarme hasta la habitación, muy amablemente en la habitación me dijo todo lo que tenía y listo, todo bien. La habitación: Es amplia, con aire acondicionado que funcionó sin problemas, el único problema del aire fue que le apretaba al botón de apagar y se cerraba pero se volvía a abrir, de todos modos, hacia mucho calor en la noche, la cama y las almohadas se me hicieron cómodas, la tele es vieja pero si funcionaba, la regadera si tenía agua caliente (solo tardó un poquito en salir), lo único malo fue el frigobar, que no servía, no enfriaba las bebidas. Cabe mencionar que la limpieza llegó justo al día siguiente de que nos hospedamos, muy amable. La piscina: Todo el tiempo estuvo limpia, de hecho el chavo que la estaba limpiando lo hacía con mucho esmero desde temprano, se ve que en algunas partes del suelo empieza a despegarse la pintura pero de ahí en más si está muy limpia, ocasionalmente caen hojitas de los árboles, es normal. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, mi habitación era la 107.

Was in town for business and stayed here for 4 days. Clean accomodations with friendly accomodating hotel staff. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Nos gustó mucho la clase de Ale , Cristian y Bety . Muy buen ambiente y actitud de ellos . Excelente atención en general de todos los empleados

Hotel Is very clean. Hugeee pool. Small bar. Breakfast and water park included. We didn't use Waterpark. Breakfast included 3 dishes. 2 types of juice and coffee . Please keep up with your breakfast ticket . They dont play with breakfast tickets.. it was an ok breakfast.. notbing special. .and staff was very friendly. Always making sure everything was clean and up to par.. THE INTERNET DODS NOT WORK. Ever. which is very misleading . Everything else was nice for 1 night.
